Bon en lisant ce titre, on pourrait croire que je me morfonds de ce célibat et qu’à l’heure où j’écris ces lignes je démolis un pot de glace Ben&Jerry’s en beuglant All by myseeeeeeeeelf. Mais en fait non.

Je profite de cette ‘fiction’ pour vous parler d’endroits qui m’ont beaucoup plu. Je choisis le quartier animé de Shoreditch, pas le plus romantique à première vue mais il y a plus d’endroits intimistes. La Saint-valentin tombe un mardi cette année alors pourquoi pas aller se faire une petitz beauté avant de se retrouver. Rendez-vous à 18h30 au CHEEKY & PARLOUR. J’adore cet endroit. C’est une sorte un concept store. Il y a dans le même immeuble un salon, un barbier, un bar et un cinéma. En vrai, je pourrais arrêter mon article là.

Valentine’s Day falls on a Tuesday this year so why not get a little beauty before you meet. Meeting at 6:30 pm at CHEEKY & PARLOUR. I love this place. It’s kind of a concept store. There is a lounge, a barber, a bar and a cinema in the same building. In truth, I could stop my article there.

J’irais faire une mise en beauté express au salon Cheeky. J’y suis allée l’année dernière avec une amie pour une manicure. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance et le service. J’avais une fille se transformer en princesse ce jour là. A l’étage en dessous, l’homme pourra se faire beau au Neville Barber pendant ce temps.

En. I would go for an express beauty show at Cheeky. I went last year with a friend for a manicure. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. I had a girl turn into a princess that day. On the floor below, the man will be able to make himself beautiful to Neville Barber during this time.

Nous retrouvons au Barner & Parlour Kitchen, un bar situé dans le même immeuble. Nous y prendrions une table pour se séduire de nouveaux. La carte est simple mais très sympa. J’opterais pour le hot dog et les nachos à partager. J’ai déjà testés et approuvés ces plats. Je ferai attention à ne pas m’en mettre partout.

En. Barner & Parlor Kitchen is a bar located in the same building. We would take a table to seduce new ones. The card is simple but very nice. I would opt for the hot dog and the nachos to share. I have already tested and approved these dishes. I will be careful not to put myself everywhere.

Ensuite, nous irions au Bohemia Lounge pour faire une dégustation de cocktails hors de commun. J’ adore cet endroit. Chaque cocktail est servis avec une vraie mise en scène. Comptez une bonne heure pour le menu dégustation car il comprend 5 cocktails. Attention! il faut faire une réservation par téléphone pour y aller. Nous rentrions à la maison légèrement enivré.

En. Then we would go to the Bohemia Lounge to make an unusual cocktail tasting. I love this place. Each cocktail is served with a real staging. Count one hour for the tasting menu as it includes 5 cocktails. Warning! You have to make a reservation by phone to get there. We would go home a bit tipsy.
